• All staff are trained and follow a clear algorithm in emergency situations, including the provision of first aid.

• A local air alarm sound notification system has been installed.
• Each room is equipped with smoke detectors; an automatic fire extinguishing system is in operation.

Civil protection shelters

• A comfortable shelter with a separate entrance is located on the -1 floor.
• It is equipped with chairs, water reserves, a first aid kit, cots, Wi-Fi, and a ventilation system.
• Upon check-in, the staff will instruct you on what to do in case of an air raid alarm.
• The hotel has signs indicating the route to the shelter.

• We have implemented principles of energy conservation: dimmed lighting in the evening hours, use of daylight, replacement of lamps with LEDs.
