Le Grand Café Bristol invites you to an Italian Brunch - an event inspired by the atmosphere of the sunny Mediterranean, elegant family traditions, iconic recipes and the art of enjoying life.
On this day, Michelin Brand Manager Le Grand Café Bristol Stéphane Vaittinadane will present an author's gastronomic journey through Italy - from the northern regions to the Amalfi Coast. The menu will combine the characteristic flavors of different parts of the country, reinterpreted through the chef's modern perspective and his respect for Italian culinary traditions.
Guests are expected to:
- Exquisite cheeses, antipasti and delicacies from different regions of Italy;
- Seafood, seasonal salads and signature hot dishes;
- Classic Italian desserts and seasonal fruits;
- Prosecco, Bellini and the atmosphere of the sunny Mediterranean.
