Le Grand Café Bristol invites you to a special evening dedicated to high gastronomy, delicate taste, and the art of original presentation.

This evening will be a real gastronomic event and will open the cycle of meetings "Odesa is Europe", a series of events that unite the European culture, taste and traditions of the city.

In the Chef's Table format, Michelin-starred chef Stefan Vaittinadan will personally present the menu, where each dish will become part of a single scenario of the evening and form a modern vision of haute cuisine, combining a classic French base with an original presentation.

This is a rare and long-awaited event for Ukraine - an exclusive opportunity to personally meet a chef of this level in the intimate Chef's Table format. Wine accompaniment from the SHABO sommelier will complement each course, revealing taste accents even deeper.
