The heart of Bristol, Le Grand Café Bristol, has recently celebrated its 120th anniversary. This fact commits to a high bar in everything: from appearance to cuisine.
The restaurant’s team was joined by a french brand chef – Stephane Vaitinadan, who has developed an author’s menu of European cuisine with french chic.
Fine dining restaurant with 80 seats is made in Italian neoclassical style. And the combination of marble mosaic and glass is a reference to the aesthetics of the Mediterranean South, whose cuisine is presented in the menu next to Odesa traditional dishes.
In the morning, Le Grand Café Bristol serves unlimited breakfasts with 120 dishes. In the evening, the restaurant turns into a gourmet theater with elegant parties. Just like in times when Theodore Dreiser, Isaac Babel, and Henri Barbus were here.
Le Grand Café Bristol located on the ground floor of the hotel is the perfect place to enjoy the most exquisite culinary experience. The restaurant’s interior is decorated in an Italian neoclassic style creating an atmosphere which is cosy yet conveys “the spirit of time.” Hotel’s guests can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning and have a great time at splendid dinner to the accompaniment of live piano music in the evening.
